Guideline for Oral Presenter

1. Please adhere strictly to 10 minutesallocated for each oral presenter. Plan for a 7-minute presentation followed by 3 minutes for discussion. Follow any additional instructions given by moderator for each session.

2. All presentations must be in English. There are no simultaneous translation facilities.

3. Please prepare your presentation file as a PowerPoint file (save as ".pptx", PowerPoint 2007 format or later) and please avoid any hyperlink in your presentation slide.

4. The committee ensures that presentations are in proper format and distributed to the correct rooms during the conference. Thus, it is compulsoryto send your presentation file to the committee by uploading the presentation file in this link: https://bit.ly/8thiccst2025-presentation or scan this QR code below BEFORE Tuesday, October 14^th 2025 (until 21.00 GMT+7).

   

5. The name of presentation file MUST include your presentation code and your last name, e.g. OP123-Cecep.pptx (we will distribute the schedule soon so you can check your schedule).

6. Layout of your presentation is on your own style. However, it should be easily read by the audience. Please put your presentation code (e.g. OP-04, OP-05) followed by your name on the first slide of your PowerPoint.

7. All lecture rooms will be equipped with PC laptops with Windows 7, data projectors, a large screen, and pointer/ beamer. Presenters are not permitted to use their own laptop.

8. To avoid any problems with your presentation, please make sure it is in accordance with the necessary requirements, and read the instructions below:

   • We cannot accept PowerPoint presentations with macros (.pptm,.ppsm)

   • Please only insert images into your PowerPoint presentation. Copy/paste may not result in displaying them correctly

   • All videos or animations in the presentation must be embedded and run automatically

   • We cannot guarantee the smooth flow of linked data, pictures, websites or audio/video files from online sources

   • We recommend using only fonts that are included in the basic installation of MS Windows 10. Use of other fonts may disrupt the layout/ style of your presentation.

   • If you insist on using different fonts, these must be embedded into your presentation by choosing the right option when saving your presentation.

9. An operator is assigned to each session room and is in charge of the smooth running of your session.

Guideline for Poster Presenter

Poster dimensions should not exceed 84.1 cm wide and 118.9 cm high (A0 size). Posters are required to be in vertical (portrait) way. All posters must be submitted on registration desk on the first day (16^thOctober 2025) at 07.00-07.45 GMT+7 of the conference. The presenters should stand beside their own poster during the session based on this schedule.
